Dr. Patricia Rochette. D.O. is an osteopath, pioneer and educator, specializing in trauma and shock release, re-calibrates her patient’s bodies and energy fields so that their lives can flow freely, naturally and pain-free. She integrates osteopathy with energy medicine alongside Alternative Medicine systems historically rooted in ancient traditions, bringing optimal balance between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

As the founder/CEO of East Bay Osteopathic Medical Center, she has worked with thousands of patients over a span of 25 years. Dr. Rochette discovered that experiences of trauma produce pathological holding patterns in the mind and body, as well as incoherence in the biofield, causing dis-ease and suffering.

As a result she has dedicated over 45,000 hours in developing and perfecting her Spiral Neural Repatterning Method, which works to restore and revitalize the connection between the body’s structural and nervous system, relieving pain in those looking to overcome chronic illness and release the traumas of their past.

Dr. Rochette is a master of structural and energetic integration offering a revolutionary perspective on body, mind, energy, and trauma. Her discoveries culminate in a new holistic and comprehensive system called Quantum Body Mind Reset™. Dr. Rochette has a B.A. in Psychobiology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She added an Osteopathic Doctorate Degree from Western Health Sciences University in Pomona, California. Dr. Rochette has years of ongoing education and training, including certification in Integrative medicine and Reiki.

When she’s not assisting her clients, Dr. Rochette enjoys spending time with her two adult sons, practicing yoga and meditation, and delving into metaphysical studies. Her spiritual journey, which includes receiving her spiritual name Satya in India and spending extended periods in Thailand and Bali, has greatly influenced her work. In addition to her home base in Berkeley, California, she spends time in Sedona, Arizona, where she finds inspiration in the red rocks and is currently working on a book on quantum concepts.
